Yes, we offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan.

Orders are usually delivered within 3 to 4 working days after order confirmation.


4. Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Yes, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on all orders across Pakistan.


5. Is there free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders above PKR 3000.


6. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you can request a replacement within 7 to 14 days of delivery.
Our team will assist you after verification.


7. Do you offer refunds?

Currently, we do not offer refunds.
We provide replacement only for eligible cases.


8. Who pays the return shipping cost for replacements?

In approved replacement cases, COZYFY covers the return shipping cost.


9. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
